You are responsible for your account and API keys. One person or business per account.
You must not use the service to: clone or imitate any person’s voice without their written consent; impersonate real people or organisations; create fraud, scams, harassment, defamation, election misinformation, or sexual content involving real people; or break any law.
By uploading a sample you confirm it is your own voice or that you hold the speaker’s explicit permission to clone it. We may remove voices and suspend accounts that break this rule.
You own the scripts you write and the audio you generate on paid plans, and may use it commercially subject to these terms.
Plans last 30 days and do not auto-renew. Top-up characters do not expire. Prices may change; changes never affect credits already purchased.
We aim for high uptime but the service is provided “as is”. Failed generations are refunded in characters automatically.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
